Quotations and Specifications

Quotations are based on the product grade, dimensions, quantity, quality requirements, packing, delivery terms and other details confirmed with the customer. Final specifications are subject to the confirmed order or contract.

Orders and Payment

Orders are processed after written confirmation of commercial terms. Where applicable, payment is made through an official PayPal invoice or other payment instructions confirmed directly by Zhimingyan Coolers.

Inspection and Delivery

We may provide product photos, videos, marking details and relevant documents before shipment. Delivery timing depends on confirmed specifications, production requirements, packing and logistics arrangements.

Claims and Force Majeure

For confirmed transport damage to new products, customers should provide relevant photos, videos and shipping documents promptly. Except for force majeure events, we will review the case and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with the confirmed order terms.
